Here, among the sunflowers and snowflakes, let me be the first to invite you to participate in two of the best all-weather activities: Making friends and making a difference!
The Grand Forks AFB Spouses Club is a combined club of Enlisted and Officer spouses. We are a dynamic group - as diverse as we are similar. We are professionals to stay-at-home moms and dads, newlyweds to empty nesters, and everyone in between. We all share the common thread of our military lifestyle while embracing tradition and celebrating the modern military spouse.
The Spouses Club is dedicated to the morale of the Air Force Spouse. Throughout the year we plan monthly social activities that are fun, and hopefully new to you. The Spouses Club is about making friendships and memories that you can carry with you to the next base and beyond.
But, we’re not just about fun and games. There is also a generous side to the Spouses Club. Each year the group gives out multiple scholarships to military family members; and many donations to philanthropic causes, both local and national. There will be many opportunities to volunteer your time throughout the year to the support of these endeavors.
In addition to the monthly social gatherings, there are other opportunities to gather with new friends in Mini-Clubs. Each year has different mini-clubs based on the interests and talents of the current membership; previous groups have been Book Club, Bunco, Craft Club, Cooking Club, etc.
